Orange and Sesame Chicken with Broccoli and Noodles

Need a quick and healthy chicken dinner?

Say hello to your new family favourite chicken dish! In this recipe you make your own Hoi Sin Sauce from scratch, which cuts down on added preservatives and additives. And the flavour-packed creamy sauce is a hit with all family members!

Traditionally, soba noodles are made with buckwheat, a gluten free flour with a delicious, nutty flavour. However, some supermarket brands add wheat flour to their noodles so if you’re gluten-free, look for 100% buckwheat noodles, or substitute with your favourite gluten-free noodles.

Broccoli and sesame seeds are good dairy-free sources of calcium. Sesame seeds are also high in phytonutrients which can help to lower cholesterol. So this is a recipe you can feel great about feeding your family.
